1. Show Up & Relax
From the moment you arrive, you’ll find a calm, welcoming space where you can breathe, relax, and feel at ease. We’ll greet you, offer a drink and snack, and give you a moment to settle in. We know medical visits can feel overwhelming, but we want you to feel safe, supported, and in control.
2. No Cost Pregnancy Test
After meeting with a nurse, you’ll take a quick, lab-quality pregnancy test to confirm if you’re pregnant. Whether you’re considering abortion, parenting, or another path, this is the first step in understanding your options.
3. Nurse Assessment
Your registered nurse will share your pregnancy test results in person, answer your questions, and discuss your health history, support system, and next steps. This is a judgment-free space, so feel free to ask anything or share as much as you’re comfortable with.
4. STI Testing
We offer confidential STI testing and treatment to protect your reproductive health. If you’re considering abortion, it’s important to check for infections that could lead to complications. Testing is quick, easy, and always private.
5. Ultrasound
If your pregnancy test is positive, your nurse may offer a free limited OB ultrasound to:
✔ Confirm viability (check for a heartbeat and rule out miscarriage).
✔ Determine how far along you are (which affects your options).
✔ Screen for potential complications like an ectopic pregnancy.
6. Nurse Consult
After your ultrasound, we’ll go over your results and all of your options. Reach Reproductive Health doesn’t perform or refer for abortions, but we provide a neutral, supportive space where you can get the facts, ask questions, and make your own decisions—without pressure.
