What Will My Appointment At Reach Reproductive Health Look Like?

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by professional, caring staff who are there to support you. Our goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and in control, no matter your circumstances or the pregnancy options you’re considering.  

Feel free to bring someone you trust with you for support if that will make you feel more comfortable. 

 

2. Confidential Intake Process 

First, we’ll ask for a form of photo ID to confirm your identity and ensure your information remains secure. This could be a driver’s license, school ID, or passport. 

Next, you’ll complete a confidential intake form. It’s a quick and simple process designed to help us understand your situation and how we can best support you.  

Your privacy is always respected, and all information is kept secure no matter your age, race, immigration status, income status, or any other arbitrary circumstance. 

 

3. Pregnancy Testing 

You will meet with one of our nurses to get a urine pregnancy test. Because at-home pregnancy tests aren’t always accurate, we want to make sure we confirm the pregnancy. Our pregnancy testing is highly accurate, providing reliable results with a quick turnaround time. 

 

4. Ultrasound and STI Services 

If your pregnancy test is positive, we may offer a limited ultrasound. This can confirm how far along you are and check for viability (the pregnancy is developing as expected).  

An ultrasound can clarify your options. If you’re considering abortion, knowing the gestational age and viability is important for determining your next steps. 

Additionally, we offer confidential STI testing and treatment to protect your reproductive health. If you’re considering abortion, it’s important to check for infections that could lead to complications. Testing is quick, easy, and always private.

After meeting with our licensed medical staff, you will have the opportunity to talk through your results and options.
